PUT YOUR COMPANY ON THE MAP!
We get a soup to nuts variety of inquiries for my cartoon maps from all over the Western Hemisphere. This one came from a prominent relocation company based in Los Angeles, with offices around the country. They wanted a quick turnaround map. It had to be finished in time for their big convention at the end of the month. After burning some midnight oil, I brought the job in under the wire.
We get more and more calls from companies who want something new and different to promote their product or service. Our maps always seem to hit the bulls eye. Everyone is always delighted with the results.
If you would like a unique cartoon map makeover for your company, contact us. We'll be happy to answer your questions.
You may not know that I do much more than cartoon maps. If you would like to follow me to the other side of the world, to a lush South Sea paradise island, and learn how to paint exotic tropical flowers, check out my Painting in Paradise workshop web site.

CARIBBEAN PARADISE ISLAND
Exotic island maps are among my favorite maps to draw. If you enlarge the image of the Barbados map you will see how much effort was required to accurately depict the web of roads that cover the island. I have yet to encounter a map that is easy to draw. They all present their own unique challenges. Many people don't realize that my maps are also hand lettered. There is no typesetting on the Barbados map.
I will be creating more island maps in the future, among them a map of Tobago, near Trinidad, in the Caribbean.
Speaking of islands, we are now into the 30-day countdown before we depart for the exotic South Sea island of Rarotonga. It's not too late to join us for the Painting in Paradise watercolor workshop. I'll be demonstrating how to paint tropical flowers, like hibiscus and bouganvilleas. If you have a look at the Painting in Paradise web site, you'll see why we call it Painting in Paradise. Rarotonga is spectacular. Check it out here: http://bronsmith.googlepages.com

PUT YOUR MEXICAN VILLAGE ON THE MAP!
This is my first cartoon map of a locale in Mexico. I've had numerous inquiries from Mexico, but none of them panned out until El Anclote came along. This one was a lot of work...many hours spent getting the details correct and authentic.
El Anclote is a small resort community located 28 miles northwest of Puerto Vallarta, on the Punta Mita Peninsula. It's a 45-minute drive from the airport in Puerto Vallarta. Popular with Americans and tourists in general, it boasts luxury real estate and resort accomodations. As you can see on the map, there's a row of great restaurants along the beach.
Because my map drawing schedule was so jammed, I turned down a tempting offer to come to El Anclote to research the project. This is one map trip that I wish I could have taken. I would have stayed in a 3,500 square foot luxury penthouse condo right on the beach in El Anclote while I was there. Bummer.

PUT YOUR TOWN ON THE MAP!
When we create a cartoon map for your town or city, remember that it gets not only local exposure from distribution in your area, but we feature it on our web site for the whole world to see. We get lots of comments on the cartoon maps on our web site. Your town could be right here where Fernley, Nevada now is...front row center. As we add new maps, your map remains on the home page for viewers to see as they scroll down through the maps.
If you would like us to create a map for your town, city, county, island, coastline, or wedding, contact us. I will personally answer your questions. I hope to hear from you soon.

TURN YOUR HOMETOWN INTO A CARTOON MAP!
Last year we created a cartoon map for Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Shortly after the map was released we were approached by one of the towns in the county. We worked with them to create a cartoon map of Ephrata, one of the most charming towns in Lancaster County. I enjoyed learning about Ephrata and its place in early American history. If you would like me to create a cartoon map for your hometown, feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to answer your questions.

A CARTOON MAP for USC, Los Angeles
We draw cartoon maps for smaller schools, like Mount Hood Community College (below), as well as the big schools, like USC. This map, for USC's alumni magazine, illustrates where their weekender games will be held this fall.
